*Turnover days are the number of days it takes our team to complete your oder, usually between 3 to 5 (see product landing pages (hyperlink) to see specific turnover days. Turnover days will always be expressed clearly in the product description, and can also be retrieved in the product delivery terms before payment is made.
You must fill the form in the product description after paying for your product. Product description can be found in the description section of every product page.
Please note that turnover days are only counted from the time you submit the required form in the product description section, and we will only process form submissions by customers who have paid for its associated product.
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of your order. After this, 30% of your payment is a non-refundable deposit. Our team takes your order seriously and begins to produce your materials immediately.
If you want to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing it, you may do so for a partial refund of up to 70% of your payment. for You will receive watermarked, partial, product drafts on the “turnover” day, until you pay for the final version. This final payment is non-refundable
10% price reduction per late turnover day
Sometimes a product can be delivered behind schedule. While we guarantee you high quality and rapid output, we may require an extra day or two. In the event that this happens, we will reduce your cost by 10% per day up to 3 days.
Full refund with your purchase
After 3 days passed your delivery due date (or turnover day), if we have still not released the product to you yet, you will receive a full refund together with your product. The refund will be made immediately, while your product may take up to 5 additional working days.
Exceptions to price reductions and full refunds
You will not be entitled to any price reductions or refunds if your product delivery is delayed by
- Your failure to complete the required form in the description section of the correct product page on the vertex.org/shop
- Your failure to provide access to essential media owned by your company. This includes logo’s, png’s, vectors, high quality images, case-specific content that can only be presented by you as the project initiator
- Your failure to provide timely feedback to our requests for additional information
- Your provision of partial or damaged information after we have requested a specific set of information. This includes your provision of information that cannot be accessed because of your own security settings. For example, if you provide a Google Drive link with media uploads but you haven’t allowed us to access the materials, this will delay our product turnover.
No Returns Policy
After your materials have been sent to you, we do not accept or request any returns. These are digital products that we cannot reclaim or cancel your access to. Once we send it to you, it is yours forever. This also includes products that you have been refunded for, whether fully or partially.
Websites and paid subscription services
If you purchase a website, domain, or any consulting services from us, the duration of our services will always be stipulated in the product landing page. Most of our services, like website & domain hosting are set for up to 4 months free of charge with your purchase order. If, under any circumstance, the service duration is not clearly stated on the product landing page, you may also assume 4 months of free service together with your purchase.
After your purchase has been fulfilled and the set service duration has elapsed, we will offer you a support package based on your needs.
